Highly recommend St Mawes Pharmacy for travel immunisations. We booked a slot online, had a telephone consultation to determine exactly what we needed, and then visited the pharmacy for the jabs. We were invited into a private consultation room and the very friendly and professional pharmacist completed the jabs in a few minutes. All round great experience.

Wow! What outstanding service we received from St Mawes Pharmacy when my husband found the medication he had brought with him was short and we were time limited to collect. They well and truly went out of their way to help us out. Not only a polite and friendly service on the phone, but when we missed their early closing and were leaving the area before they opened again they arranged to meet us at the pharmacy, cutting into a meeting, to give us our prescription. Well above and beyond the call of duty especially to non-locals. Can't thank them enough for helping us out.

Unable to assist an insulin dependent diabetic with any type of needle/stilette/instrument of any kind with which to obtain a tiny specimen of blood in order to test blood sugars! With effort, just about able to dispense the simplest prescription for a tube of cream on a shelf in the actual shop following a long wait & checking. Thoroughly unwelcoming, unhelpful & uncaring! Almost too much trouble to serve customers. (I post these comments having made 4 visits).

Excellent experience at the St Mawes pharmacy today. They looked up the NHS number and were able to prescribe my daughters medicine which we had forgotten. Really helpful, the pharmacist went above and beyond. Thank you

Good for essentials, but customer service is poor. Our last visit we were addressed rather rudely and upon asking for advice about suncream for our 1 year old child, the shopkeeper just read the back of the bottle aloud - reading the back of products does not constitute pharmaceutical knowledge! One bad experience anywhere is enough to make you not want to return.

Avoid! Went in for a moisturiser. Picked up a box to have a look at the ingredients and was abruptly told by a very rude lady that anything I touch had to be quarantined. Felt like I wasn’t welcome to shop there and left. Not worth visiting. Rude unfriendly staff. Plenty of other small businesses about that deserve the custom.
