Fantastic service! I highly recommend checking out Ebb and Flow. We we're in St Mawes for the day and wanted to hire stand up paddle boards to have a go with my eldest child. They we're really friendly, got us kitted out very quickly and had a great reassuring manner talking to my five year old who hadn't done this before. When we go back to ST Mawes we will definitely use them again. Thanks!

My wife and I hired two paddle boards from Ebb and Flow today and it was a fantastic service. Extremely friendly, helpful and informative on how to stand up paddle board. The paddle boards were in great condition with different sizes depending on your size. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to hire some paddle boards in St Mawes!

We hired a paddle board over the bank holiday weekend from Ebb & Flow. The guys were very friendly and knowledgeable, and we both had a great time. Great way to explore the coastline of St Mawes. Enjoyed the puppies meeting too!!! Chris & Lara.

Hired sup board last week and these wonderful people were so friendly and helpful and gave excellent advice not only on how to paddle board but excellent advice on what size board we needed. Having previously experienced sup board on a holiday last year which comprised of taking our money and giving us a sup board which was the wrong size for us, we were so pleased with the service we got and it really made a difference, even our dog enjoyed it. So if you are in the Roseland peninsula please use ebb and flow they are brilliant and can’t recommend them highly enough.

Hired a paddleboard with Ebb & Flow twice in July. Equipment was great quality and sturdy even with one adult and two small children on a 12ft board. The team were really friendly and helpful suggesting good routes to explore. I hired once for a solo three hour stint from Summer’s Beach from which there’s lots to explore - the lighthouse, sea-access-only “private” beach, the castle, St Mawes and the rivers. Equipment stood up well to the changing conditions (v calm in St Mawes, but a lot more wind and waves further out). On another occasion Ebb & Flow dropped a board off (with all the kit) at our accommodation in Gerrans for a full day on Portscatho bay with our children. Another wonderful day exploring and stopping off at beaches and swimming platforms. The 12ft board was super stable with both a 2 & 5 year on board as well as an adult. Once the kids realised this (after 5 mins of being super nervous) they loved the day’s adventure.

So glad I found these guys when we visited St Mawes. Fantastic service, good price, great equipment. Had the best time taking the kids out...my favourite day of the holiday. They could not of been more friendly or helpful and I would highly recommend :) Find them under the tree at the top of the beach.
